In Game Customer Service and the "Worthwaite" family name

In addition to being able to contact Customer Service through email ([e-mail]), the support button on the lower right corner of this page and our forums, you will see characters in game with the surname/last name of "Worthwaite". They are often wearing a special purple color. Please ask them if you require any assistance.
